I had hollow cheeks before hand. But only when puckering with right lighting as I had a lot of cheek fat. I think the buccal fat pads removal will help. Don’t know for sure. But if it doesn’t help, no one else will waste money like I did lol.

I have the same shit going on, my hollow cheeks are only visible when I look down.

Most people should try to get lean before ever considering buccal fat removal. Buccal fat removal should only be a last resort.

Thankfully my face leaned out a lot after I dropped 40 lbs (24% of my starting body weight). I have since attempted bulking up because I cut way too fucking much.

Even though I am scrawny as fuck and a 5'6" manlet, my leanmaxxing did get me some pussy. I'm trying to experiment with putting on muscle to see if that is going to improve my attractiveness to women. Without fattening my face too much in the process. The average woman in the west is like 145 lbs. Being 134.23 lbs (I was 128.14 at one point) is probably a failo because I'm too twinkmaxxed now.

update, I found out my doctor didn’t over aggressively take everything out. I guess there is still fat pads left, but they choose not too, which I’m fine and happy with.

I got mine done 1.5 years ago. Its made a majorly positive difference.

It depends on your particular face or pheno tbh

If you have thick skin your less likely to look gaunt and will prob get a definition boost

Hello, here is an update. Day 2-3 I looked monstrous. 3-6 swelling went down significantly. Im still swollen, but not nearly as much thankfully.

Also, doctor did a reduction, not complete After speaking with him. He told me I still have more fat left if I want more taken out in future? So result will most likely not be as dramatic as other users, but only time can tell.

Doctor advised getting small amount of .25-.5ml Radiesse/HA along the zygoma to zygomatic arch to create a more crisp cheek. if I went a really striking cheek bone look. He prefers Radiesse. But we will see from the swelling before we do that?

Oh wow, so your ogee curve is striking. when did you really start to see the results and the swelling was mostly gone? So it made a big difference on your ogee curve then. Did you get the implants too?

I’m on HCG to maintain my testicular function. Anavar at 30mg per week. It’s the second week now. Below is var and tested. It’s not a big gainer. But so far I’m up a couple pounds. It slowly builds muscle, it won’t blow you up, but it will lean you out and help build good quality muscle.

My skin quality actually has improved funny enough. But I also have a clean diet so that helps. Below is a photo. The scar on my Face Is a bruise from my motorcycle helmet strap being way too tight when putting on.

Var is a good steroid. I recommend it

I’ve gotten more attention from women but I’m also leaning out and dieting alongside. So my body got cut and more muscular alongside my jaw becoming more robust. Those bumps are nasolabial folds. I’ve had them before the procedure and it helped reduce them slightly. Only way to fully remove is liposuction from eppley or implants/thread lift. This procedure gives you a concave look. My family for example have said my face looks more skinny/concave alongside friends. This procedure has not changed my quality of life like the hair transplant. I don’t think it’s a necessary, but it can be an addition or good for someone with realistic expectations.
