When I met her, I was at my worst physically.
I was around 220 lbs, soft, bloated, bad hair, no definition. I knew I didn’t look good, but she told me she liked me for who I was, not my body or looks. I believed it because it felt good to be accepted when I clearly wasn’t my best. I stayed comfortable for too long. Ate like shit. Trained inconsistently. Thought loyalty and effort would compensate for not being dialed in. I centered my life around her and stayed loyal the whole time. And then i had found out she was texting and planning to later on fuck my so called “friend” even though hes a 5’9 framecel. Ropefuel ngl i had known him since like 7th grade. After that i had just started to work out consistently like everyday until i couldnt just jerking off with dumbells because i didnt know shit then and still eating like a retard but now ive fixed my diet eating around 350-400 calories on a regular day and cut down from 220-160 and My biceps look a lot better and my abs are starting to show and ive been on HGH for about 2 weeks now. Funny how she wanted to “check in” once I started looking better.
