Got complete bloodwork results - Am I fucked?

Recently had my total test checked, was told to get the other hormones like shbg, prolactin, lh, fsh and estradiol too so thats what I did. Here are the results:

Total Test: 17.02 nmol/l
FSH: 1.95 mIU/ml
LH: 2.83 mIU/ml
Estradiol: 91 pmol/l
SHBG: 30.3 nmol/l
Prolactin: 385 (dont know the unit, did this test in russia and Idk how to translate this unit)

One thing to note is that I'm a 20-25% bf fatcel and I'll get on improving that asap. I already know my test is low but how are the other hormones looking. How fucked am I and will sth like enclomiphene, once I'm low bf, be useful since I don‘t want to take the risk to shut off my natural test production.
