just a bit under the eyelids, it burning fatpads is a myth. TubofLard said it tightened his eyelids also.

Nah I'm using 0.1% and no effects except a bit dryness. Tretinoin also thickens the skin, I put hyaluronic acid toner on my upper eyelid, under eyelid since it plumps the skin keeps it hydrated. Been using it for a month no fat loss on eyes whatsoever. If the tretinoin gets to your under eyelashes it's actualy good since tretinoin promotes hair growth also
