Got cow dung in my eye

I tried showering for the first time the other day, so I decided to try the cow dung soap from india I purchased. I started by washing my ass, which js felt like taking a shit, but then I decided to wash my face with it for skincare. I was being careful at first but then I got the soap in my eye, so I just washed it out and thought everything was fine, but now my left eye is blind.
