What is your routine/skills?
I practice it daily high intensity low frequency ,mostly rto support hold ,bulgrian dips, swing support hold and lever modified iron cross rasies

Where do you install them
 
I drilled screws and installed pole i hang my rings form, i also hang them in swing sets in public parks

Maltese isn't in my list, at least not before i get full planche and normal grip iron cross

Sounds good tbh, I haven't started training for it yet. Currently I'm doing only Basics training, so muscle ups, handstand pushups, leg raises,... because lack of motivation and time. I used to do a lot of skill training the past 3 years(planche, front lever, back lever, human flag and one arm and all kinds of variations with each) and achieved most things except for the hardcore stuff(like one arm planche push up, one arm muscle up, etc..), but never tried iron cross since I didn't train with rings. What's your training routine?

I don't have routine, i train the muscles thst feel fresh ,i mostly do skills attempts (planche fronts lever back levers)
 

I do this + some other exercisee
