Got filler for orbital rim. Swelling problems

The injector had problems to shove the cannula into my skin and on the bone, but at the end he injected 1.2ml in total.
Now one of my cheeks/orbitals is hurting and swolen. I am scared of skin necrosis, blindness or other bad problems.
How long after injection should i see a really serious complication? Its now 5,5 hours ago.

Maybe its normal that the injected area hurts, and is swolen for 1-2 days. The injector office is closed now (Night).

Next time don't go to a back Alley office with a nurse injector and pay more for a top tier doctor with good before/after pics for proof.

Don't be so dramatic man, but I guess it's normal to have some apprehension if this was your first ever treatment.

Complications that are associated with dermal fillers are typically as a result of arterial occlusion - when hyaluronic acid enters an artery and blocks the supply of blood and oxygen to the tissue.

Arterial occlusion with hyaluronic acid presents itself quite immediately. The skin will start to turn pale white because there is a blockage - which essentially prevents the body from providing blood and oxygen to that area, and the tissue starts to die off. It's the same principle for blindness - it would mean that an oculi arterial occlusion has occurred.

Plus you would know immediately if an arterial occlusion was to occur during your injection… Believe me.

So if you're fine now, then it means everything went well.

Swelling can occur for up to two weeks - this is the body's natural immune response to tissue damage.

You'll be fine.
