I used drugs the first times on NYE2020, then NYE2021, february 2022, then april 2022, then summer of 2022. But these were supplied by friends. So 5 times in total in 2.5 years. With increasing frequency.

By october 2022 i had secured my own supply of drugs and started using once every 2 months.

By april 2023 i was using weekly. By june 2023 twice a week.

Now it has stayed at twice a week since june2023. Seems to be a peak in use for now.

Alcohol use has increased in similar fashion, also peaking at 56glasses/week and staying there since june2023.

I am slowly trying to lower my drugs use now to healthier levels. I want to cut my drug use to once every 2 weeks. And my alcohol use to 16 glasses/week.
But havent succeeded yet, although it is somewhat declining the last 3weeks.

My current levels are unsustainable, will cause organ failure in the long run, and make it hard to live a nice life next to my use and raving.
