With all this you would think I’d clear 6’3 easy right? Wrong.

well imagine if you were shorter than your mom, wouldn't that be worse? your explanation is cope, I have a friend who only slept 4 hours per day during high school, in middle school I was taller than him by 2 cm, he just kept on growing 1 cm after another, by the end of high school he reached 201 cm, hes the tallest person I know, and it was a weird experience having to look up at him when I talked with him. at the end of the day its genetics, you might've been able to squeeze a few cm with good habits but dont expect that 3 inch jump

Do you have forward head posture + the jaw pointing down commonly included with it? I was measured noticably shorter than i actually am because i have them and i can only hold natural neck & jaw posture for a few seconds because i still have the issues that cause it
