was at the store yesterday accompanying my mother, as she was interested in purchasing a christmas tree. I wanted to gtfo out of there so I told her I would grab her selections and pay for them at the cash register.
I walked up to the nearest checkout register, gave the guy the merch, and my mother showed up with more things.
As soon as the cash register man began speaking, I knew right away this man belonged to the flamboyant subpopulation of gays.
He began to inquire about my age and my phone number after some small talk with my mother, asking if I could “hit his line”. I felt a wave of discomfort sweep over me and walked away, standing rigidly outside while my mom talked to the gay.
She exited the store cackling, informing me that the gay had told her that I was “So gorgeous” whilst rolling his eyes upwards into his skull, and that I looked “like Superman”. She assured me that gay men had tendencies to be very picky and that surely I must be chad-tier if he found me attractive and should have no issues attracting women. I was deeply frustrated and told her to cut the crap. Jfl at my luck, if only women were as brazen and aggressive as this guy.
Being good looking means jack shit if you’re an asperger like I am. I must social skillsmaxx. Does my mother’s claim hold any weight? Is what she said true?
