Got lice and nits on my hair again

There is so many nits on my hair, I am pulling them out and throwing it away with my fingers and combing out some of them as well. I was writing something on paper and i felt something on my hand on all of a sudden, I looked at it and it was a lice that fell from my hair

Looks like I'll have to start some anti-lice treatment, don't think this will get good on its own
