Got minor TMJ from bsing is ts normal?

Was bsing pretty hard now the right side of my jaw feels stiff and hurts hella when I clench down.
There no clicking yet nd my jaw doesn’t lock so it’s really minor but is ts normal or was I bsing wrong.

Was hitting chin, zygo, infras and browridge plus trying zygomatic pulling for the first time for context.

yh, might wanna be careful if planning to do so on the longterm. i believe it's pure cope but whatever

Bsing I do slightly believe in not cuz of wolff’s law etc but cause of fibrosis I think it’s called which just thickens the tissue slightly.
Zymgomatic pulling sounds like a whole lot of bull tho I just wanted to try it
