Well not much to say lol ive just been walking alot and sitting in the sun and idk if its adaptation sudden changes due to my diet or a coincedence but my uee is very low now for some reason i like to believe its due to me looking at the sun and needing to like cover myself from it with my eyes again prob not true but my experience
