Got my bottom right wisdom tooth pulled out at 15

The right side of my chine is slightly lower and if i jutt my left set of teeth touch but the right dont how can i minimize the side effects of pulling the tooth out, is there any way to revert what happened if it was caused by the tooth (im 17 now)
