yeah, i just dissolved it into mct oil, 30ml 2.5mg/ml, then I syringe 2ml of the batch into 2 separate gelatin capsules every morning and swallow it. the capsules are probably unnecessary tho.

i'm honestly not sure, i'd imagine the powder would last some years if kept away from light and at a reasonable temperature, especially if frozen. worst case it just degrades a little bit and you take more to compensate.
