Got my first injury after 3 months back at the gym

Ive been growing insanely fast because of muscle memory from being pretty buff a few years ago, and now i developed golfers elbow (pain in my left elbow tendons)

What the fuck do i do man, i was just enjoying being back at the gym, and now im fucked because i grew too fast:feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

Always when you’ve been going great for several months that god decides to nerf u 😭

Which lifts caused it? Used to have a lot of tendon issues in my forearm from curling with EZ bars

I progressed like crazy in preacher curls, so that could definitely be one of the main reasons.

but this is my upper lifts

That's probably it, I progressed on preacher curls far faster than my tendons could keep up
Switched over to curling with an olympic tricep bar, works way better in my case

Yeah i’ll probably just go light on any elbow rotating movements for the next few weeks, and then switch out that preacher curl.

Don’t do any exercise that will tear on your arm for a while.
