Got my hands on HGH and im a late bloomer would it still help me?

I managed to grow 3 inches within 6 years despite me coming to terms that I was going to be 5'6 forever and thinking I was 5'6 for years after discovering the fact this one girl I worked with was 5'6 and I was a full head above her and measured myself at home and saw I was 5'9. I am 23 still and got hgh what are the chances of growth???

I was 5'4 majority of highschool til senior year I grew to 5'6 then never measured myself again and all of middle school I was 5'0ft (my sis is 5'2 and height mogged me and took me to school)
