Got my iq maxxing shit today

Looks mild tbh

It's probably because of the therapeutic window of the medication or it was used in something it shouldn't be used for
Good idea but according to what I've read it's the actual medication and more side effects becoming known with more use:

Is a health hazard. Unfortunately, some health risks associated with certain medications are not realized until after they become widely used. For example, in 2000, medicines containing the drug phenylpropanolamine (PPA), such as certain decongestants and weight loss medicines, were recalled after learning that PPA increases the risk of hemorrhagic stroke, or bleeding in the brain. Another example is the weight loss drug sibutramine (Meridia). Meridia was recalled from the U.S. market in 2010 after it was found to increase a person's risk of heart attack and stroke.

Is mislabeled or packaged poorly. Sometimes a medicine is recalled because of confusing dosing instructions or a problem with the dosing tool provided with the drug.

3. Adverse reactions

Adverse reactions are unexpected and negative responses that happen after taking a medication. They’re different from side effects, which tend to be more predictable.

Researchers can get an idea of a medication’s potential side effects when it goes through clinical trials.

Recalls due to adverse reactions are relatively uncommon compared with other recall reasons. Instead, an adverse reaction may result in additional warnings or restrictions added to the medication’s label. But a few examples of adverse reactions that have prompted recalls include:

If you experience an adverse reaction from a medication, contact your prescriber right away. You can also report it to MedWatch, the FDA’s voluntary reporting system. MedWatch helps the FDA track potential safety issues related to medical products.

Even a lot of over-the-counter medications like antihistamines can cause worse side effects from experience, Personally in the country i live in it's over-the-counter medication

As someone who tried Bromantane, it’s useless.
