I will be getting lefort/mse+fm but I have no idea what to do about my lower jaw, as you can see the right is sunken in, like the whole ramus. Also any other surgical suggestions (craniofacial development is not good in general I feel like). My doctor said my bones are very thin but thankfully I'm in college now so I can have proper nutrition unlike my high school years. Thx!
