From this guy on YouTube https://m.youtube.com/@FaceIQ1, he scores on a formula for facial harmony, angularity (leanness), dimorphism, and misc. features. I was given a score of 4/10, which was bottom 25%. This tells me I have an average base. I used these photos.
He didn’t tell me my facial harmony or other metrics, so this is just guesswork. But my face is bloated so angularity is the biggest low fruit.
If I leaned down to 15% body fat (currently close to 25%), I’d say my angularity would go up by 4. I’d guess my score for that is a 3/10, so to 7/10. Plus my harmony and dimorphism each go up a point. So losing weight will improve score by 1.5.
After sperging out, the new rating I’d get is 5.5, which is a top 25% score. I think the median face rating is 4.75, so makes sense. In terms of hard-maxxing, I’d likely need BSSO or bimax, upper eyelid fat graft for the right one (looks awful), and maybe a lip flip to correct the thin upper lip.
