your estrogen will essentially be 0 with 2.5 letrozole per day. optimal would be 15pg/ml.
estrogen regulates bone metabolism and as if its abundant the body has a problem in his endocrine system connected to bone metabolism it wont prioritize growth, but fixing the problem first.
