I'm on a cut and i was severely vitamin d deficient you think once I start maintaining and up my vitamin d intake it will get higher, if yes how high?

I believe so, yeah.

Assuming you eat clean, high protein, natural fats, etc.

Sadly I got no clue how to tell how much it'd go up by.

Even then Vitamin D would be important for your health, it'd boost your health markers and help with your bones growing.


Also im sedentary and eat like shit

Healthmaxxing is key.

Especially during puberty, when you're developing.

Play sports with friends, get into lifting, sleep 8-9 hours every night, etc.
