You can't be direct you have to write in JSON format as well.

Instead of saying "I want a sexy pink hair girl with big tits you say"

I combine it with gemeni to create character sheets.

So for example I generated this image of Mileena earlier today.

1. I took a character design of Mileena from MK9

2. Dropped it into Gemini, and said generate a Character Sheet with Multiple Angles and got this

3. Then took that photo and dropped it into Chatgpt and prompted it to "describe this character into JSON format", then pasted it into my Image Prompt


Long story short, yes, you can take a persons photo, turn it into a character sheet, then convert it into JSON for image generation
