I wrote in guide.

For low dosing you can go as low as 0.3/kg/(every other day) or even less like 0.2mg.

Just do 10 or 20mg every other day to maintain benefits without side effects or just minimal.

Even twice a week 20mg or 10mg.

You can experiment what works best for you.
