Got prescribed low dose accutane

I barely have any acne but my skin quality is shit so i was gonna ask for tret but she offered my low dose accutane.
Derma said 5 mg for like 3 months, should i up the dose to 10 or not? lmk

5mg will do like nothing, I think even topical tretinoin is way more effective. I self prescribed 40mg, and I feel amazing. You can try doing topical tretinoin and low dose accutane for better results (due to my experience I did 8mg + topical tret before high dosage)

5 is very low do 10, if they dont give u a refill most grey market sources have accutane
