[/I was at a psychiatrist when I was 7 and he diagnosed me with dislexia and adhd but the psychiatrist and my parents "didnt want to stress me out" becouse I had allready been diagnosed with dislexa and they where woried that I might not understand it so they only gave me a formal diagnosis for dislexia and only told me abbout the adhd years later]

Im not a fan of IR, I would go for ER and then when it gets late take an IR or smth

but IRs in general work like 2h only
