It wasnt a hard punch (during boxing) and it didnt bleed heavily or anything like that

I noticed it after i sensed the smell of blood

This happened to me like February. Just get rid of any blood by sneezing and then go to sleep. Or go to the E.R (not elliot rodger) and get checked but if you fucked up something you will need surgery jfl

No i did not but the dr said that i had to get x rays to check if it was broke. So get x-rays if it doesn't stop after an hour or so.

Try pressing your nose with your fingers slightly to check if it really hurts, then you'll know
