Got rated SUB by a random LTB Asian… How can I recover from this?

Was walking thru campus to get some food (first mistake going out in public) while I was walking there was a massive group of Asians behind me all girls dressed to party for the bars and such were behind me 2 of which I’d say were HMTBS but they had one chubbier LTB Asian friend who was being loud and annoying the entire walk to light. When we get to the light she asks me this really stupid question ( I really hate when random people will come up and cold approach you with stupid questions that are almost impossible too answer almost like there trolling you) but she basically asked who was on my t shirt (My t shirt was a black supreme graphic tee I bought last year) I didn’t know what to say so I just didn’t respond her friends laugh a little and she starts spewing neurotypical nonsense I assume she was drunk and I didn’t really hear her she then asks my name while holding back laughter and her friends started giggling once again i kinda started to turn red and get embarrassed I have mad social anxiety and my mind goes spastic in situations like this the light turns green and she just goes your chopped anyway and starts laughing off with her friends… truly sickening experience on my end because I actually thought she was cute too so idk I guess im SUB HUMAN according to them and of course my cuck ass goes back to the forums to whine while they go get fucked by some HTNS at the clubs.

This is so true every time anything like this happens to me I remember it for months at a time and I wonder why would someone say this and look down on myself and sometimes I remember stuff from years ago about what a foid said to me and I genuinely want to rope bc my life is hell sometimes
