Didnt feel like anything crazy, the other drugs they give you before you pass out will make your ears ring then you will basically just black out. Its not to scary but post op i was extremely tired.

It is mostly mouth breathing hell although when im sleeping i can breath lightly through the nose even with the obstructions

Recovery is suprisingly simple, they will give you antibiotic cream to rub around nasal entrance, and q tips to clean it with saline as they will be bloody for the first 24-48 hours. Then obviously oxycodone and ibuprofen

And yes you can breath through you nose its just a little harder and depends on your surgeons skill level

For full nose breathing you have to wait till the splints are out so for me i have to wait for a week

Ok. Considering I had a hip surgery that took 6 months to recover from and 1 month on crutches, only for it to not even be a total success this should be easy
