I’ve been having that itch again to drastically improve my life, similar to the one I had when I was really fat and unattractive. My sleep is lacking and my lifestyle is eh. I want to use the IQ to learn and grow and not waste in a video game, as much as I love and cherish it. It sucks, but it’s time to get better

I don't know about completely removing your setup, rather then repurposing it for work and other activities
