Got scammed buying contact lenses

Mf just ignored my email complaints when I am saying that package is not found at the pickup points, I have been checking there everyday.

I cannot even take shit porperly recently knowing adobe scammed me 150£ and I cant cancel the plan and now it is contact lenses.
