Never pay a hooker upfront before meeting. You pay her right when you meet IRL right before you get down to business. Unless she is doing an outcall to your house or hotel. And a deposit for an outcall is like $50 or some shit and then you pay the rest of the money in cash upon arrival. Not 200 euros upfront.
