Get an exchange account or exchange using someone online, or try find a site which is chill on kyc (transak used to work for me). If none of those work you can use your card to buy either a crypto gift card (might be a bit shit cause fees) or buy a card to deposit on a site (eg upgrader), play through it quickly and then just withdraw the crypto.
