Got surgery advice from og org user

I got a private review from a user who joined in 2019 and had lefort 1 bsso some implants and another procedure I won’t talk about. I sent him photos of me. He wouldn’t rate when I asked twice which is rope fuel but said with a double jaw + genio and malar infra implants he sees me being a Htn. Even thought that’s hardmaxing to be honest I’m happy because those procedures won’t make me look that different than I do and change any of my features. Also HTN is extremely good. Might even try larp that it’s natural to family by getting a small gonial and chin filler that’s dissolvable and growing beard out and when I get the procedure I’ll gradually make beard smaller. The guy seems far more knowledgeable than me but personally I think double jaw for me is regarded. Recession isn’t that much. I think I need gonial implants for missing width and ramus definition with genioplasty. He said fix bones first. From what I have seen people get double jaws and can never look great because there’s a limit to it. Implants seem to have higher roi if you aren’t completely malformed. I’ll try get more people opinions and of course doctors. Won’t be surgery maxing until I move out my parents house in the next year or 2 anyways.

He went to a really good doctor that I had already emailed previously. He is in Rome and has very good results. Doesn’t go for extreme look. His transformation is posted I just don’t want to say who it is.

I think risk factor is not that big. There’s some great surgeons. As I said I don’t think dj is for me anyways. Implants and genio is what I believe. Maybe rhino but imo it’s super mog to get good looking from surgery without needing to change any facial features. With implants I can cope and say if I was fed properly during puberty I would look like that.
