They can probably fix that with a cartillage graft. No, my problems were very wide nostrils, droopy tip, and a bit long nose. All fixed cheaply in Poland. Swelling post op is the most challenging aspect assosiated with a rhino. Nose changes and adapts. Gotta be patient.
