I remember when I took snus for the first time with some classmates. They were all staring at me with wide eyes expecting me to get "hit" by it. But I didn't feel or notice anything. I was (and currently still am) a chainsmoker though, so I'd say nicotine in general doesn't give me any sort of euphoria or "buzz".
