Got too high and made a fool out of myself fuck

I quit smoking weed a few months ago cuz I was smoking daily since I was 15 and it made me borderline retarded, ended up going to a girls place last night and she was smoking so I said fuck it and smoked a couple bowls. Ended up getting super tired and could barely even speak, I just laid on her bed for like 2 hours and drank all of her Gatorade, couldn’t keep up with any conversation and she asked if she was bothering me by talking too much, she also had work in the morning so I feel like I overstayed cuz originally I was just going over to chill for like an hour but stayed 3 cuz I was too stoned to drive.

I planned on going over to drink but she changed her mind cuz she had work and a party for her friend the next day so we just smoked instead but fuck I wish I drank, the weed was shitty too and I fucked up my sober streak, I still feel stoned and I just slept for 7 hours. Hopefully she’ll wanna chill again but I probably fucked it up tbh

Yea I told her I haven’t smoked for a couple months and said I’m probably gonna be pretty fucked once I do so she knew, I still feel like I embarrassed myself tho
