Today I woke up after sleeping for 8 hours but I didn't feel rested at all. Is this what it's like when you take sleeping meds? I didn't take any yet.

I got hired on the spot. I was invited for a job interview. My managers were both white women. I chuckled when I read here that ethnics don't get hired. I did quit because of my insomnia.
No problem. It's called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have obsessions and compulsions that I deal with. In my case, I have contamination OCD and it can best be described as having germophobia.

Meds have side effects on health it’s more like a band aid than a solution. But if you can’t fix your lifestyle then meds is better than nothing.

You're right. I asked for meds but they were meant as a last resort kind of deal. I don't plan on using them daily. My brother gave me some of his recently, just one tablet of Zopiclone but I haven't taken that either yet.
