I have noticed quite a few propaganda news stories lately directed at young people claiming something like "young people making up surprising high percentage of Virus positives". But it was never really claimed that young people don't get the virus, what was claimed is that it is very unlikely for a young person to die or be hospitalized by the virus. Young people are just going to rebel against that BS if they keep trying to promote it. It might just be better long term if all the young get the virus asap and get over it, then they will have immunity, and they will not be contagious.

Actually it has been proven with Monkeys. It is kind of unethical to do the same testing on Humans, so don't hold your breath for a study. And it is the long established historical rule, not the exception, among virual infections that once a person is exposed, and they recover, they have immunity. People that are saying otherwise don't know what they are talking about.

i don't believe that is the case for viruses. otherwise there wouldn't be an annual flu shot

but setting aside the medical issue, there's another very real problem that's potentially more serious, which is that tens of millions of people will lose their jobs, and the recovery will then take at least a decade

they are already saying that america might lose its status of #1 economic power because of this shutdown

There will be antibody testing available in a few weeks. Antibody testing shows not the people with the virus (that is antigen testing) , but the people that had the virus and have retained antibodies to the virus. Once this antibody testing is done over a deep segment of the population I expect it will reveal that a whole lot of people had the virus but were asymptomatic, hopefully that will reduce hysteria.

The flu shot is updated every year to address new flu strains.
