Just use insulin
Hgh + goyslop = diabetes
Also you need to deplete glucogen in the liver if you want the highest igf-1 profuction
Soooo its hard bro if you want a specific plan
I would really advise people to use lantus insulin its literraly the cheapest most legit way to 2x or 3x your igf-1

No, you will get high blood sugar,
Im on 4ius of HGH rn, I ate like 120 grams of sugar bc of party and shit and my BG is at 6.4 which is prediabetes

Nahh bro, I cant inject insulin rn, anything else that I can do abt it? I think that berberine doesnt lower igf-1 significantly, like injecting insulin wouldnt be good for me rn since it would cost alot and its too much for such a small problem
