I remember playing it in 2010. I would go to the hospital and shoot the slut nurses first. Blocked the door with my car. Then go around shooting all the women NPCs. Sometimes I let the men live if they were fat or ugly. Then I’d have shootouts with police and then blow myself up with an RPG lol. This was when I was 15. Stopped playing that game years ago though. Now I just deliver food on Uber eats all day
