At the outset I will say to not commit rape or condone it. This is just a hypothetical for if rape were legalized.
Children conceived in rape are glad to be alive. Therefore they should be glad their mother was raped. The other person who's glad about the rape, aside from going to jail, is the rapist. He wanted to rape and therefore probably enjoyed it. The one who didn't like the rape is the rape victim(though they often do orgasm from it). Therefore the main people a rape concerns are democratically in favor of the rape. It's even more tilted in favor of rape if the pregnancy is with twins or triplets. That's also why it's okay for an IVF doctor to secretly implant more than one child into a woman without her permission.
Not all rapes result in a child being conceived though. Then it's one vote in favor of rape and one against it. It's a tie. That's why rape should be without a condom and against women who don't use contraception.
Even if a woman is permanently traumatized after being raped at 30 years old and she lives to age 80, that's 50 years of living with trauma. That's less than 80 years of good life the baby/babies conceived in rape would enjoy. Therefore rape is good.
Also, rapists shouldn't be sent to prison because the child will then end up fatherless.
