Opinions on it? I've been doing it today.
I figure it's more like starvation than true fasting (low IQcels here will equate the two), yet it does help you elevate blood sugar and provides a lot of nutrition.
3 dl has 123 kcal so it's not like it's going to halt fat loss. It's gonna be harder to get into autophagy and ketosis though, so thee is a tradeoff.
