About 4 hours. Don't expect anything too crazy though, as it's more of a deliriant than hallucinogen. At higher doses you can get more trippy effects, but that also comes with a lot of side effects.

Probably can! It's good for skin and a bunch of other things too. I even do a facemask with nutmeg, cinnamon and honey about once a week.
