Grease the groove is the most natural workout approach, and warming up is pointless

It's all about building a more natural body

Grease the groove = doing less reps than your max a number of times spaced throughout the day

This is superior to having a set workout where you do sets within say an hour

No other animals workout. They are strong through staying active throughout the day. For example, chimps don't squeeze all their exercises in an hour where they perform strength training.

Grease the groove is a way to get stronger in a less artificial way. Obviously it will be through calisthenics too

Workouts are just for gym bros who can't do their exercises throughout the day and want to get unnaturally big.

It's about having good functional strength and thus some muscle that goes along with that

Also, warming up is pointless and another artificial human idea. Fortunately, with grease the groove, you don't need to warm up
