I think he’s trying to say if he ( or anyone else with very inharmonious tall skulls) adds any volume to their hair it’s going to make him look bad.

I think I have quite a tall skull as well tbh, luckily there are other greaser looking styles that don't require you making your head look even taller

If you have a large head and you have a high hairstyle, your head will look much larger, especially when you have long sides. That combined with a teenager frame or shit frame will make you look uncanny like a bobble head
