This is the thing bimax is nowhere near replicating total craniofacial/skeleton growth let alone getting the whole maxila up and forward.

Subhuman skull on forward lefort 1 area maxila looks uncanny af.

Due to his shit skull his head shape, ramus, lips, etc are all still shit.

Did you know that maxila and craniofacial growth/posture is linked with hair tension which is also related to norwooding? No where near saying its the cause for norwooding but it's a factor.

Good point, he would be better off with a high angle lefort ccw with some implants.

He would benefit from distraction osteogeniss and some jaw angle implants+hair system+MSE, etc.

u see the problem is that even in the theoretical space this is still not enough, im sure u know why

also each of these things have a cost, not just money but time, recovery, stress etc.

it is not feasable, i would just get hair system of any of the things he could have gotten from this list u have

tbh ik wym but it seems like u r projecting a bit kinda. like wow he was just a bad base and i will be so much better. yes his overall development was bad but he did the best he could with the surgery that makes the most difference. ik that u wont get bimax but idk if mse + msdo shit will necessarily do what you are aiming for either.
