What is the best procedure i can suggest my orthodontist, to fix overbite but also grow the maxilla ?

M17 i have an oberbite and i will soon talk with my orthodontist, to make out an solution. What procedure will not only fix my overbite but also ascend me ? For now im thinking of MSE and later on Bimax, has anyone had succes with their procedure ?

ur upper is supposed to be a bit wider than ur lower. and u cannot widen ur lower jaw without surgery lol

I have a tooth that is blocked in my gums still, they said I might need surgery, or if they are lucky may be able to pull it down, should I go with pulling it down?
