Fantastic improvement. Many things he could still do to improve of course, but for what he had done this is a phenomenal result. Don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but did he get a slight rhino as well?

there is literally no way you could fail to produce an improvement when the jaw is this recessed? any surgeon would have improved him here

For his age I'd say he's solid MTN, not low.

Maxilla advancement pushes nose tip up, which makes it look better when it's a hump nose like his. Also the added facial volume makes it look comparatively smaller.
