it is, you right. But his main mistake is that he thinks that submental liposuction has such a big effect on the submental region, which is simply already sagging at his age (35) and will not look so tight in compared with someone who is 15 years younger , which I assume is barret on that pic.
to come close to it, he needs a mini face lift.
